Full job Description:

Coordinates, and executes sales strategies to capture new business working in conjunction with specific Sales Managers within CPI. Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with channel partners and potential end user customers. Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers and projects through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. Strong knowledge of CPI products and solutions and how they apply to customer needs. 

Responsibilities for Technical Sales Representative:

The responsibilities for the job of Technical Sales Representative are as following.

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Regional Sales Directors to implement and execute sales strategies
  • Develop new customer and partner relationships through direct outreach and networking
  • Support the sales cycle with detailed technical assistance—pre and post-sale
  • Recommend CPI solutions tailored to customer needs and requirements
  • Create and review system designs, technical drawings, and bills of materials
  • Cross-reference CPI products with competitor offerings to provide optimal recommendations
  • Provide product expertise, technical presentations, and consultation to partners and end users
  • Assist in new product development by offering insights from the field
  • Support the continuous improvement of sales tools, documentation, and marketing materials
  • Travel as required to meet partners, attend trade shows, or support on-site technical discussions

Requirements for Technical Sales Representative:

The requirements for the job of Technical Sales Representative are as following.

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent) in a technical or engineering field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or technical sales experience
  • Valid right to work and reside in Saudi Arabia
