Factory Worker Jobs Full Description

We are seeking skilled and motivated factory workers to join our metal rebar steel processing factory. The ideal candidates will have experience operating and maintaining machinery used in cutting, bending, and shaping steel rebar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines for rebar cutting, bending, and shaping.
• Ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts or overhead cranes (if certified).
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Factory Worker Jobs Requirements:

• Previous experience in steel rebar processing or similar metal manufacturing.
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurement tools.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machines.
• Forklift or crane operation certification (preferred).
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
• Exp in cut and bend steel machines, shear line, stirrups, bending, robot bender,.
• Machine type, oscam, schnell, pedax, MEP, EVG.
